Do I need a credit card to start the trial?
No. You can start a 14-day free trial or book a demonstration without providing any payment information. A card is only required when you choose to subscribe at the end of your trial.
Can I change my plan after subscribing?
Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately. Downgrades take effect at the start of your next billing cycle. No penalties or fees apply.
What happens if I need more users on the Starter plan?
Additional users can be added to any plan at $15 per user per month on Starter, and $12 per user per month on Growth. Scale includes unlimited users. You can also upgrade your plan at any time.
What currency are the prices in?
All prices are in USD. We accept payment by card and bank transfer. For operators based in Tanzania, we can discuss local currency billing — please contact our Arusha team directly.
Is there a minimum contract length?
No. All plans are billed monthly with no minimum term. Annual billing is available at a 15% discount — contact our team to discuss. You can cancel at any time with no cancellation fees.
What does the guided onboarding include?
For Growth and Scale plans, onboarding includes a structured setup session with our Arusha team — importing your supplier rates, configuring your pricing structure, setting up your team access, and building your first live itinerary together.
